An unpredictable romantic drama. It's easy to not recommend this movie cause its simple as not worth your time if you are searching for a well made pleasing movie. Talented leads Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson seems lost and never get a grip on their problematic characters. Shot exclusively in Japan the films do justice to the location and theme.
Highs: Scarlett Johansson is wonderfully pleasing to look at. Dialogues are good at times and the ending as incoherent as it is feels somewhat satisfying.
Lows: Plot and story fail to intrigue throughout. Characters are exceedingly troubling and their motive is always up in the air.
