They say 'Fiction is Stranger than truth'. In the case of this movie, fiction is more like a fore-teller! Contagion is the story of a global pandemic that shakes the world and traits of entire humanity is tested to its core. An exceptional thriller that is sad and dark but very captivating.
Highs: Acting and direction are stellar. Fast-paced and feels extremely realistic. The movie plays ping pong with the lead character's distinctiveness and that overall is a Joy to watch.
Lows: Some aspects of the movie feels a bit all over the place and tries too hard. Lacks the term "Effortlessly Amazing' in its soul.
